Anton Hofland is a Director and CEO of 2024Sight Inc. He also is a European Commission EASME Horizon 2020 coach, holds the position of CTO for Hit Utopia and sits on the advisory board for Optigo Networks. Anton has more than 25 years of experience in the global financial services industry. Prior to founding 2024Sight he was the Global Head of IT for Arcapita Bank, a Bahrain headquartered private equity company. Previously, he held leading IT management positions with Salomon Brothers, Morgan Stanley, Nomura International, UBS and Barclays Capital. He implemented infrastructure change programs and created industry-wide recognised global Security Operations Centres.
Anton studied mathematics and computer science at Delft University of Technology and worked as a University Research Fellow at Newcastle University. Fluent in four languages Anton has, prior to being in Austria, lived and worked in the Netherlands, UK and Bahrain.
Dr. Petra Schruth is a Director and the General Manager of 2024Sight Inc. She has extensive experience as a strategy and competitive intelligence advisor for SMEs. She has worked as executive and non-executive board member of several not-for profit organisations. Prior to 2024Sight Petra worked in Shell International, holding senior positions in organisational change projects, technology strategy and planning, competitive intelligence and corporate strategy.
Petra is multi-lingual and holds a degree in geology from Cologne University and in Geophysics from Karlsruhe University. Before settling in Austria she has lived and worked in Germany, The Netherlands, UK and Bahrain.
